Some forms feel alive even in stillness. Gentle Reachis a tall, sculptural tea light holder handcrafted in iron, inspired by the poised movement and nurturing strength of a kangaroo-like form, interpreted through the expressive language of Bastar Dokra art.
The elongated body rises gracefully, balancing two candle plates at different heights—one held close, one lifted gently upward—creating a beautiful play of light and shadow. The matte black finish allows the flame to take centre stage, while subtle hand-forged textures reveal the quiet labour of artisan hands.
Designed to bring warmth without excess, this candle holder bridges ancient metal artistry and contemporary interiors. Whether placed in a living room corner or used during evening rituals, it adds calm, height, and mindful elegance to your space.

Dust with a dry, soft cloth. For a deeper clean use tamarind paste or lemon and salt, then rinse and dry at once. Brass darkens into a patina with age — many collectors prefer it. Avoid chemical polishes on the coil detail.
Each casting needs its own clay mould, broken to release the metal. Coil spacing, surface texture and tone vary piece to piece. That variation is the craft's signature, not a fault.
