Each Dhokra artefact undergoes 13 intricate steps of handcrafting by our skilled artisans before it's ready for delivery, which is why we take this time — to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. All orders are packaged keeping the rigours of transit in mind. Packaging includes clear poly wrapping, 80-GSM bubble wrapping, thermocol sheathing, and corrugated paper fillers within a 3-or-5-ply corrugated box, further reinforced with polymer strapping for added stability. For larger pieces, final boxing is done using wooden pallets to ensure your artefact arrives safely.

Since our products are handcrafted specifically for you, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Once artisans begin the crafting process, we're unable to accommodate changes.
