When will my order be despatched?
We despatch orders in 24-48 hours of their confirmation.
When will my order be delivered?
After processing and leaving the warehouse, orders usually take between 3 to 7 working days to arrive at your place depending on the distance of your location.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Yes. All orders, irrespective of their order value, are shipped free.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched, you will receive the tracking number along with details of the courier partner.

Returns:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are in the process of tying up with a few companies providing return pick up services. Till then, for return, products have to be self-shipped. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Replacement (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@shambhavicreations.com mentioning the reason for replacement. You are requested to send your item to:

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After quality checking, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
At present, cancellation is not allowed after the order is placed. You can return or exchange the order after receiving it. You will have to ship it back to us. Refund (with shipping amount incurred by you) will be initiated for a product if it is received in original condition with original packaging and successfully passes the quality check.
